Caroline has over 20 years’ experience advising public and private sector clients across the UK. She is a qualified Town Planner and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Prior to establishing Urban Shape in 2017, Caroline held the position of Director and Head of the London/South East Retail and Town Centres planning team at GVA.
Whilst gaining experience in a variety of development fields, Caroline’s specialism is grounded in retail, leisure and town centre planning in locations across the UK.

Adam Bunn
BA (Hons) MA MSc MRTPI
Associate Director
Adam has over ten years’ experience working in the planning and regeneration sector, and specialises in the retail, leisure and town centre sector.
He has acted on a wide variety of projects for major retailers and private developers, and worked with over 50 local planning authorities across the UK.
Adam joined Caroline at Urban Shape in late 2017, having previously worked for GVA and Peter Brett Associates. He is a qualified town planner, and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
